1.Product Introduction
The Back Pressure Cooking Pot is a back pressure cooking device controlled by a microcomputer program. This sterilizer adopts an electric heating method, directly injecting water into the sterilization chamber for heating to generate the high-pressure steam required for sterilization, thereby performing sterilization operations on items needing sterilization. After sterilization is completed, rapid cooling is achieved within 3 minutes by utilizing external compressed air and water pressure, reducing the temperature of the items inside the cylinder to 30-40°C .
Equipped with programmable automatic control, this sterilizer can perform operations in two categories: boiling sterilization and rapid cooling pressure sterilization. The boiling temperature can be set within the range of ≤100°C . It features heater overload protection and an end-of-sterilization buzzer alarm function, characterized by simple operation and high safety reliability .
This product is suitable for the disinfection and sterilization of items such as food packaging, utensils, and instruments. It is particularly ideal for food research institutions conducting aseptic testing
2.Working Principle
This product is designed based on the principles of two sterilization categories, providing customers with dual-purpose equipment. Pressure steam, generated by direct heating via the heater, interacts with microorganisms on the items to be sterilized, destroying their structures to achieve the sterilization purpose .
Upon initiating the rapid cooling sterilization program, approximately 6 liters of water from an external tap water source is first injected into the cylinder. After heating for about 25 minutes, the process enters the sterilization holding phase, which lasts for 35-40 minutes. Once sterilization is completed, a buzzer sounds to indicate the end of the cycle. The operator then manually opens the water inlet valve for cooling, while simultaneously manually opening the air inlet valve to apply back pressure, which must be greater than the pressure inside the chamber. When the displayed temperature drops below 50°C, the air inlet valve and water inlet valve are manually closed. Subsequently, the water discharge valve is manually opened to drain the water. Finally, the lid is opened, and the sterilized items are removed.

4. Performance Characteristics
The sterilizer employs an immersion-type electric heating tube with a dry-fire protection function. When the water level falls below the specified mark, the unit will automatically cut off the heating power and trigger an alarm signal .

Additionally, it incorporates safety interlock devices such as overheat protection in case of water shortage and automatic power cutoff during current overload, ensuring safe and reliable operation .
